According to the International Standard ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management

In IS BENCAR M Construction Services are performed, Inspection and Supervision of Construction, according to the following general methodology:

 

1 Production and Delivery Service

1.1 Control of Production and the Provision of Service

In IS BENCAR M were planned and carried out, the Management of Construction and the provision of services under controlled conditions, which include:

a) the availability of information describing the characteristics of the product.

b) the availability of work instructions.

c) the use of appropriate equipment.

d) the availability and use of tracking devices and measurement.

e) the implementation of the monitoring and measurement.

f) the implementation of activities of liberation, delivery and post delivery.

1.2 Validation of Production Processes and the Provision of Service

Validate those processes are considered special, that is, where the resulting products can not be verified by follow-up or subsequent measurement and where for example, deficiencies arising in the process, may become apparent only after using the product. Actions and responsibilities are established for:

a) the criteria set for the review and approval processes.

b)approval rating of equipment and personnel.

c) the use of methods and procedures.

d) the requirements of the records.

e) restoration

The requirements described above are defined in the quality of the project, per team, structure or item applicable.
